The History, Origin And Founder 


The church of the living God has its roots in the early Christian church established by Jesus Christ and his apostles, According to the Bible, Jesus Christ choose Peter, whom he called the "rock," to be the foundation of his church (Matthew 16:18).After Jesus Christ death and resurrection including his ascension according to the bible, the apostles led by Peter, began to preach the gospel and the church started in Jerusalem (Acts 2) However, they faced opposition from the Jewish leaders and elders, who questioned and threatened them, warning them to stop preaching in the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:1-22).

Undeterred, the disciples continued to preach and teach, and the church grew (Acts 4:23-31). As persecution intensified, the church spread to different places, including Samaria (Acts 8:1-25), and eventually to the Gentile's (Acts 10-11).

The apostles, including Peter, Paul, and others, traveled extensively, establishing churches and appointing leaders to oversee them (Acts 20:28, 1 Timothy 3:15). The Church of the Living God was thus established in various places, with different shepherds as oversea's, but Jesus Christ is the real founder, while all his apostles and believers are under his order by the order of meshizedech the high priests ( Hebrew 5: 5 )
